Welcome to Trigo Restaurant Group, where passion for food meets a legacy of hospitality. Founded by Sonny and Burim Gjevukaj, our journey began in 1996 when Sonny arrived in the USA from Kosovo. What started as a dream blossomed into reality in 2010 with the opening of our first restaurant in Cranford. At Trigo, we’re a family dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences.
With establishments like Lukas in Warren, La Colina in Warren and Cranford, and Ocean Prime in Cranford, we’ve not only brought delicious cuisine to our communities but also created countless job opportunities.
